Susan Harris

Susan has worked as a corporate paralegal for 33 years and has experience with various facets of corporate matters, such as incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, preparation of documents for acquisitions, reorganizations of corporations, declaration of dividends, redemptions of shares, minute book reviews, annual maintenance, registrations of corporations in the other provinces of Canada.

Susan worked at Dentons Canada LLP from 1978 to 2013 where she was first a corporate secretary for one and a half years and then became a junior corporate paralegal and eventually a senior corporate paralegal in the Corporate Services Department for 25 years.
