Roxanne Beaucage

Roxanne Beaucage assists the firm’s clients to meet a wide range of corporate needs. Her practice is primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing and drafting commercial contracts. She also assists key executives on employment law matters.

Roxanne studied Law at the University of Montreal. During her studies, she completed a semester abroad at the Lumière University Lyon 2.

Before joining Aust Legal, Roxanne articled at a national Canadian law firm where she worked on cross-border transactions.

She is fluent in English, French.
