Marie-Soleil Larivière

Marie-Soleil Larivière supports the Aust Légal team as a paralegal in business law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate reorganizations and annual corporate filings.

With Aust Légal since 2017, first as a legal assistant and then as a junior paralegal, as well as after a stint as a paralegal with another major law firm in Montreal, Marie-Soleil has developed her expertise in corporate law, where she has acquired extensive knowledge of authorizations issued by the Autorité des marchés publics and the registration of extra-provincial corporations.

With a wide range of interests, Marie-Soleil has a keen interest in social issues, literature and history, which led her to broaden her knowledge through courses at UQAM’s Certificate in Immigration and a major in Irish Studies.
