Foster Nadeau-Salomon

Foster Nadeau-Salomon practices in the field of corporate law and has broad expertise in matters involving mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity-based venture capital financings and commercial contract negotiations. He regularly advises both investors and businesses in various fundraising scenarios and accompanies start-ups throughout their life cycle.

Foster studied Law at the University of Montreal. During his studies, he obtained an environmental law certificate from the University of Costa Rica and completed a semester abroad at the University of Adelaide.

He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
