Anne-Sophie Hébert

Anne-Sophie Hébert practices in the field of business law, mainly within the framework of mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing and drafting commercial contracts. She also assists companies in the technology sector for the commercialization and protection of their intellectual property.

Anne-Sophie studied law at the University of Montreal. During her law degree, she worked as a research assistant for a constitutional law professor and as an environmental law intern at a large state-owned company. Anne-Sophie also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Concordia University, where she received an award for earning the highest cumulative average in her cohort.
