(Montreal, QC and Edmonton, AB – July 1st, 2017) – CEP Forensic Inc. (CEP) and Sintra Engineering Inc. (Sintra), leading eastern and western forensic engineering providers, announced today that the two companies have merged to create Canada’s largest forensic engineering firm.

The new entity, CEP-Sintra, will have close to one hundred employees from coast to coast and will operate in both official languages. The new entity will have eight offices across Canada including Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City and Moncton. The merged company will offer multi-disciplinary forensic engineering services, from fire and explosion investigations and accident reconstruction services to structural remediation advice, catering to the needs of its insurance and legal clients.
